Project Management

We managed the projects from the first step, define the customisation of our products to tailor them to the client’s needs and will participate and collaborate in the implementation stage.

A team with years of experience elaborate a plan to design and implement the new system, defining the phases and corresponding deadlines, according to the business policies and procedures, access profiles and other particular requirements.

Our professionals will proceed with the LOADING AND INSTALLATION of the equipment. The project will be completed within the deadline agreed by both sides. Time to market is normally between 3 to 6 months, depending on the system to be installed.

We are able to guarantee a complete TRAINING to all users, thanks to professionals with many years of experience. We have found that it is more efficient to have training groups of not more than 10 people in order to dedicate personal attention and to obtain a better assimilation of the tool from the user. We work with small groups, periodic checks and great practical peri ods. During the training courses every user will have their own equipment available which guarantee the learning process.
